The company that i Have decided to use is the Atlanta Police Dept. If you are unable to use this company because you cannot find any research that you need – then use a United States Govt organization that you can find the info that you need. Just please let me know what you decide on. It can be a govt organization, a manufacturing organization or a retail organization.

Over the course of this class you have created a Comprehensive Written Analysis that is to be submitted in a format that will be professional and ready for submission to the company you choose. Points are accessed based on the level of professionalism you use when creating your final analysis.  All hard copies will be returned.

Here is Week 1 and 2 assignment along with the template needed for the whole project .

WEEK 1

Assignments:  Each unit you will complete the sections of the Case Analysis listed.  All assignments will be completed in Microsoft Word and submitted via the assignment link except the final project submission.  The final project will be submitted in hard copy format in class on March 2nd.  Remember, this is a professional presentation that will be ready for submission to your employer at completion.  All presentations will be returned during the Week 10 class session.  Your project should be 10-15 pages plus appendices at a minimum.

For Unit 1 complete the following:

• Create an outline of your project (this will be your index).
• Complete the following:
• Vision Statement and Mission Statement
  • If the company has existing vision and mission statements ensure all parts are covered and make changes as appropriate. Justify your changes and the content in 1-2 paragraphs.
