Over the past several weeks, you have studied numerous perspectives on the current issues involved in understanding cultural diversity in the workplace. In this final module, you will have the opportunity to present your final thoughts on what cultural diversity in the workplace means to you.

Present your final thoughts on leading and managing workplace diversity and what you learned about these concepts throughout this course. What does integrating cultural diversity in the workplace mean to you?
